My day, overall, has been okay. I have been frustrated to the moon with people in general, but some things made it better.

First, one of the technicians brought me a coffee....so very sweet!

My coworker kidnapped me and made me go shopping...I found these cute scarf hangers for five bucks, I am pretty excited. For some reason I have a lot of scarves and no way to hang them...UNTIL NOW.

We stopped in the garden center where I saw these hibiscus which are beautiful, I wish I could grow them in our yard!

The best part of the day, though, was when we went to visit the cat at the vet...the doctor said he could come home for the night (and stay if he went potty). Fingers crossed!

My frustration is a little high today.

May 29th

Yesterday was the best day ever. Today sucked. Little guy was so excited to be home and have space to run around. He was very busy. I woke up last night and he was snuggled against me. He'd wake up and start purring. It was the hardest thing we'd done to have to send him back to the vet this afternoon, but he's still blocked up. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this and maybe get back on the meds he had been on before.

But, I got a quick video, the quality is awful, but the part I wanted to capture was the SOUND. Listen to those intense purrs!

Look who is home! Today was the longest day ever, but bringing our boy home was worth it. He is running and checking out everything, he has a week of being bad to catch up on.

I was looking for something in the garage and came across these pictures of my parents and grandparents at my parents' wedding reception in 1976. I wonder what all of our lives would have been like had they stayed married all 37 years? Also makes me miss my grandparents, I never knew them this young, only as retirees.
