Suuuuuck.

Terrible day. One of our techs is leaving. Not only does this leave us even more empty handed, I am sad to see him go. He is an amazingly bright and patient person and it will be impossible to replace him. I was angry that he didn't tell me to my face and we had a text exchange about his actions. Come to find out it was a little too sad for him to tell me. That touches my heart in a very special way. Our technicians, though all older than me, are like my children.
