It was desolate all day, but about 4 it was deserted. Fortunately I got to chat with a couple of my coworkers. Overall a fun day, which I haven't had in a long time.

One of our jobs out of town is not going well, so we are sending this note and a box of silly goodies down to our guys who are living in an apartment together. We also topped the box off with packing peanuts and balloons. Hopefully it will brighten their day a little.

Must be a generational thing, a lot of my aunts/uncles are into genealogy. b got my maternal grandpa's side today. Look, the first guy lasted 125 years! So far it doesn't look like we're related to J. Edgar, Herbert, or the vacuum guy. Bummer.

I found these while I was cleaning...husband thought it was hilarious.

I watched The Dark Knight Rises....was surprised to see Teal'c from Stargate SG-1! Overall I didn't love the movie, but it was better than the second one.
